2. Use of the Website

Our website provides information about job vacancies and allows users to contact us through forms. There is no registration, account creation, or login function. All job applications must be submitted via email. CVs and personal data are received and stored securely in our internal database.
 

3. Services Offered

• Job Seekers: We offer job-seeking services for permanent roles. This service is free for candidates. No charges or fees apply.

• Employers: A flat fee of £500 is charged for each successful candidate introduced through Job Base LTD, contingent on the candidate remaining in employment for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks.
   

4. Invoicing & Refund Policy

Employers will be invoiced manually following a successful placement. All payments must be made via bank transfer. Should the candidate fail to complete the initial four-week period, the employer will be entitled to a full refund.
 

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal data including CVs, contact details, and job-related preferences. This data is stored securely and not shared with third parties. 6. Intellectual Property
